For first time clients we will carry out a full consultation prior to any treatment.
All existing clients must make us aware of any changes to your medical history such as pregnancy or changes in medication.

Skin prep
Skin preparation is key for skin peels and Micro-needling to prepare the skin for a controlled trauma. By using the recommended products this will limit complications during treatment, reduce downtime and enhance treatment results. Prescribed products and skin kits can be purchased in clinic.
Before and after
Keep hydrated - drink plenty of water before and after.
Sun
Please avoid sun exposure and tanning beds two weeks before and post treatment. Sun compliance is essential, please wear a broad spectrum SPF.
Things to note before any skin treatment
We ask you to stop the use of Retinol, Retin-A, Differin, BHA's and AHAs 7 days prior to any treatments such as peels or microneedling. We also ask you to avoid the use of Retinol, Retin-A, Differin, BHA's and AHAs seven days post peels and microneedling.
Waxing
Avoid facial waxing 7 days pre-treatment.
Antibiotics and LED (light therapy)
Please note, certain antibiotics can make your skin sensitive to light therapy. This will be discussed during treatment.
Botox and fillers
We ask you wait 2 weeks before and after any facial injectables before having a treatment. Please let us know immediately is your appointment clashes. This includes semi-permanent make-up.

If you have had any advanced treatments elsewhere within a few days/weeks of your facial as this could affect the facial treatment you can receive.
Things to remember
Keep expectations realistic! Skin goals and expectations will be discussed during consultation and managed during treatment.
Cancellation fees
We require minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations of your appointment. If you fail to do this you will be charged 50% of your treatment fee.
Clients whom cancel appointments with less than 48 hours notice, may need to pay a deposit to secure future appointments.
No shows
In the case of a no-show to appointment without prior notification, you will be charged 100% of your treatment total.
Cancellation on the day of your treatment will be classed as a no-show and will be charged 100% of your treatment total.

PLEASE REMEMBER - If you wish to make any changes to your bookings, including microneedling , we ask for you to let us know immediately, this impacts our diary.
You must let us know if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking any medication PRIOR
Please come to your appointment on your own
Children are not allowed in clinic
All new clients must pay a £20 deposit to secure their first appointment and all card details must be captured on our booking system in the event of cancellations.
If you fail to attend your appointment you will be charged the full cost of your treatment.
